Agreement
By enrolling in our English tutoring services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by English Courses Laval.
Payment
All fees for English courses must be paid in full before the session begins. Payment plans may be available for certain courses.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify us at least two weeks before the start date to receive a full refund.
Attendance
Regular attendance is crucial for your success in our courses. If you miss more than two classes without a valid reason, you may be asked to withdraw from the course.

Code of Conduct
We expect all students to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during classes. Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the course.
